This is what I love about visual communication: it can be hard at some times to swallow, but messages do come across.
It’s a very daring way for the WWF to communicate like this, knowing that a lot of Americans might not be as generous and understanding with this subject, but for organizations like WWF they need to stand out. I bet that’s what they achieve with this ad!
I’m a frequent flyer. That said, I’ve taken about 40 or some flights this year only, and the 1 thing that annoys me most when flying are the stewards. Much too frequently they’re not nice to you, that plain and simple why I’m annoyed some times.
Ok, they have a stressful job (‘right’) and they have long hours (‘right’)… but so do I!
Most of the time when I jump on a flight, the day hasn’t even started for me yet. So, when I get on board on that early flight out so I would still be able to make something of my day, the least I expect is that I get a friendly ‘Hi’ and ‘Bye’. No on board of this flight, you get more! You get ENTERTAINMENT.
It’s very much noticable that the summer is kicking in as the train stations at this early hour normally already have some commutors filling the trains. However today -not that I’m a daily user of public transportation- the station and trains were empty. Like abandoned. Actually, come to think of it, I didn’t even see a ticket dude or driver!!!!
